Account data (name, email), health data (weight, GLP-1 history, metrics), usage data, and payment records via Stripe. We never store card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

To deliver REBUILD Protocol, generate AI recommendations, process payments, and improve platform quality using anonymized data. We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your data.

3. Data Storage — Hetzner EU

Data stored on self-hosted infrastructure on Hetzner servers in the EU (Falkenstein, DE). AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit.

4. HIPAA Compliance

Health data stored separately with additional access controls. We do not share Protected Health Information with third parties. Request deletion at any time.

5. GDPR Rights

EU users have rights to access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. CCPA Rights

California residents may request disclosure, deletion, or opt-out of sale. We do not sell data.
