1. What We Collect
We collect: (a) account information — name and email provided at registration; (b) content you upload — videos, audio, and images processed by UDAS; (c) preferences — niche selection, publishing targets, tone; (d) usage data — features accessed, videos produced, publish events. We never store raw payment details — billing is handled entirely by Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data powers UDAS: to generate AI-driven edits, captions, hooks, and publishing schedules personalized to your niche; to process subscriptions via Stripe; to send account communications; and to improve our models via aggregated, anonymized signals. We do NOT sell, rent, share, or trade your personal data with any third party.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on EU-based infrastructure (Hetzner, Falkenstein DE). Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256; data in transit uses TLS 1.3. Video assets live in private storage buckets accessible only to your account. Auth tokens are short-lived and rotated on every session.
4. Your Videos & Content
You own 100% of the content you upload and produce with UDAS. We do not use your videos, voice, or likeness to train AI models without explicit consent. Content is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation so you can download everything.
5. GDPR Rights (EU Users)
EU residents have the right to access, correct, export, or delete their data at any time. To exercise any right, email support@udas.ai with subject “GDPR Request.” We respond within 30 days.
6. CCPA Rights (California)
California residents may request full disclosure of data collected, request deletion, or opt out of any sale of their data (we do not sell data). Contact support@udas.ai with subject “CCPA Request.”
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies: auth_token (session), lang_pref (language), and theme. No tracking pixels, no ad cookies, no third-party analytics. Clear cookies anytime without losing your account.
