1. Service Description
Garcia Nutrition Essentials LLC operates UDAS.ai — an AI-powered video creation and publishing platform for creators, coaches, agencies, and brands. UDAS automates editing, captioning, voice-over, and multi-platform scheduling from a single raw video upload.
2. Subscription Plans
UDAS offers four monthly tiers: Starter ($67/mo) — 10 videos, 10 GB, core editing and captioning; Pro ($147/mo) — 50 videos, 50 GB, AI avatar, auto-publish to 6 networks; Elite ($297/mo) — 100 videos, 100 GB, multi-brand (5 accounts), white-label; Enterprise ($797/mo) — unlimited volume, dedicated support, custom integrations. Annual billing available at a discount. Prices in USD and may change with 30 days notice.
3. Billing & Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize Stripe to charge your card on the same date each cycle. We never store credit card numbers on our servers. Invoices are emailed on each successful charge.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel anytime from your account settings — no phone calls required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain full access until then. Refund requests within 7 days of the initial purchase are honored in full. No refunds after 7 days for the current period.
5. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all videos, audio, and creative assets you upload or produce with UDAS. By uploading content you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the service. We do not use your content for AI training or share it with third parties.
6. Acceptable Use
You must be 18 or older. You may not use UDAS to produce illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content. Reverse-engineering, reselling, or sublicensing the platform is prohibited. Accounts in violation may be suspended immediately without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All UDAS platform code, AI models, brand assets, and proprietary systems are the exclusive property of Garcia Nutrition Essentials LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants rights to use our trademarks or technology outside the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
UDAS is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results (views, leads, revenue). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, NY.
