1. Service Description

Garcia Nutrition Essentials LLC operates UDAS.ai, LAUW.ai, and the REBUILD Protocol. Services are informational and do not constitute a physician-patient relationship unless explicitly stated.

2. User Responsibilities

You must be 18+ to use this platform. You are responsible for account security. You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes or reverse-engineer our AI systems.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, AI models, and platform architecture are the exclusive property of Garcia Nutrition Essentials LLC. The REBUILD Protocol, UDAS Cinema OS, and LAUW AI are proprietary.

4. Payment Terms

All payments processed via Stripe. Subscriptions billed monthly or annually. Refund requests within 7 days of purchase. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse our systems.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes resolved in New York County courts.
